Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a Service Desk Associate for a Planet Fitness club to ensure excellent member service and smooth front-desk operations. You will greet guests, handle memberships, manage the POS system, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes affirming our Judgment Free Zone culture, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced gym setting. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer literacy are required, with opportunities for growth and advancement

Qualifications

• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understand and communicate the Judgment Free Zone concept.
• Accuracy with numbers and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with inquiries.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into the database.
• Operate point-of-sale system and handle payments.
• Keep front desk clean and organized and schedule training sessions.
• Assist with club tours and onboarding of new members.
