Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, assist with memberships and billing, and promote upgrades. You will manage front desk tasks, sign-ins, and phone inquiries while upholding a clean, friendly club environment.

You must be 18+, able to work onsite, and obtain CPR/AED and tanning certifications as required. The role emphasizes excellent service, accurate transactions, and a positive gym culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle membership inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Answer phones professionally and manage front desk interactions.
• Promote memberships and upgrades (e.g., Black Card).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the club on shift.
