Job summary

Planet Fitness in Chubbuck, ID is seeking a Floater/Member Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service, handle membership inquiries and transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The role is per diem with no guaranteed schedule, requiring a minimum of 16 hours per month. You will greet members, support tours and sign-ups, and uphold Planet Fitness standards at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions‑oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• All Utah locations must participate in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist potential members with tours and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Check members into the system using the club POS.
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the club.
