Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with excellent service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check-in members, sign-up new members, give tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts as needed.
• Address member questions or concerns promptly and escalate as necessary.
• Help maintain club neatness and cleanliness.
