Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a Member Service Representative Level 2 to deliver outstanding member service in-branch and over the phone. You will greet members, assist with tours, and support membership and program offerings while building strong relationships with members and volunteers.

The role emphasizes knowledge of programs, member safety, and effective communication. CPR/AED and other certifications are maintained; background checks and eligibility to work in the US apply.

Qualifications

• Must pass Traction Rec training within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Maintain privacy requirements by not sharing member information.
• Strong communication with peers, staff, members and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants in-branch and by phone.
• Welcome members as they enter and leave the YMCA; greet and engage prospective members.
• Support membership operations through sale of memberships and program offerings.
• Develop knowledge base to respond quickly to questions from members and program participants.
• Maintain branch certifications in CPR/AED, Blood-borne Pathogens, branch orientation, and procedures.
