Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a friendly and proactive Member Service Representative Level 2 at the Covington Family YMCA. You will greet members, answer questions, and support membership sales and program offerings while upholding safety and service standards.

Responsibilities include handling member concerns, maintaining knowledge of programs, and contributing to a positive, welcoming environment. CPR/AED certification and compliance with Y policies are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest relations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants.
• Welcome members and assist with inquiries and tours.
• Support membership operations through selling memberships and programs.
• Respond quickly to member questions and escalate when needed.
• Maintain CPR/AED and safety certifications and follow policies.
