Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• YMCA or non-profit experience preferred.
• Must pass Traction Rec training within 30 days of hire.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Maintain privacy of member information.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests in-branch and by phone.
• Welcome and engage members, tour prospects, and promote programs.
• Process memberships and program offerings sales.
• Maintain knowledge base to answer questions quickly.
• Address member concerns and escalate as needed.
• Maintain CPR/AED, Blood-borne Pathogens, and branch procedures.
