Job summary

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is hiring a Member Service Representative Level 2 in Decatur. You will focus on member service, program knowledge, and safety, while engaging with members and volunteers to uphold the highest standards of community care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with members, staff and volunteers.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants in the branch and on the phone.
• Welcome members and engage with prospective members and program participants.
• Support membership operations through sale of memberships and programs.
• Maintain knowledge base to respond quickly to questions.
• Build relationships with members, volunteers, and partners.
• Handle and resolve membership concerns and inform supervisor of issues.
• Maintain CPR/AED, safety certifications and training compliance.
• Follow all policies and procedures and communicate positively with the community.
• Participate in annual campaigns and trainings as assigned.
