Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a Member Service Representative Level 2 to deliver excellent service to members in the Northwest Cobb area. You will greet members, assist with memberships, and respond to inquiries while upholding safety policies and branch standards.

This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to balance multiple tasks. Training in Traction Rec is required within 30 days of hire, with a values-driven workplace and

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency.
• Pass Traction Rec training within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Maintain privacy of member information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with staff, members, volunteers, schools, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants.
• Welcome members as they enter and leave the YMCA.
• Greet, engage, and tour prospective members and program participants.
• Support membership operations through sale of memberships and program offerings.
• Build knowledge base to respond quickly to questions from members and program participants.
• Directly handle and resolve membership concerns and inform supervisor of unresolved issues.
• Maintain branch certifications in CPR/AED, Blood-borne Pathogens, and branch procedures.
• Communicate positively with members, guests, program participants and volunteers.
