Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a Member Service Representative Level 2 to deliver outstanding service in member interactions and program support. Under the direction of the Membership Director, you will help grow member engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain safety and policies across branch operations.

You will greet members, assist with memberships, manage inquiries by phone and in person, and work toward branch goals while upholding the YMCA values of caring, honesty,

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Pass Traction Rec training within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Maintain privacy by not sharing member information.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, members and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants.
• Welcome members as they enter and leave the YMCA.
• Greet, engage, and tour prospective members and program participants.
• Support membership operations through sale of memberships and program offerings.
• Respond to member questions with a strong knowledge base.
• Maintain branch certifications in CPR/AED and safety procedures.
• Communicate positively with members, guests, participants and volunteers.
• Assist in annual branch Why It Matters Campaign and meet team goals.
• Complete Traction Rec trainings as assigned.
