Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners operates Planet Fitness clubs and seeks a Service Desk Associate to handle front-desk duties, greet members, sell memberships, and ensure a clean, welcoming facility. The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage daily tasks in a fast-paced gym setting.

Responsibilities include member interactions, tour guidance for prospects, POS operations, and regular housekeeping tasks to keep the club in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and say goodbye on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Answer phones and provide information to prospects.
• Give tours to prospective members.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Organize and maintain front desk and common areas.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and complete shift checklists.
• Complete club walk-around every 20 minutes and assist new employees.
• Perform start/end of shift procedures and standard housekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities as described.
