Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, operator of Planet Fitness clubs, is seeking a Service Desk Associate to deliver exceptional member service and maintain a clean, welcoming facility. You will greet members and guests, handle inquiries, process memberships and payments via the POS system, schedule fitness sessions, and perform light housekeeping to uphold our Judgment Free Zone.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and prior customer service experience; teamwork, reliability, and a positive

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests upon arrival and say goodbye upon departure.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into the database.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and common areas.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and give club tours as needed.
• Support team with opening/closing procedures and daily housekeeping.
