BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Concierge to welcome members and guests at the front desk. You will respond to inquiries, provide information about club activities, and support event registrations and promotional efforts.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer service experience, are proficient with Microsoft Office, and can adapt to a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in HOA environments preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Club Management System software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly fashion, on site or by phone.
• Screen access per community rules and relay messages as needed.
• Provide information about Club activities and local events.
• Maintain daily opening procedures and front desk organization.
• Support Member Services with administrative tasks and event setup.
• Assist with tickets, calendars, and promotions for Association events.
• Ensure lobby and office equipment are well maintained.
• Collaborate with maintenance and lifestyle teams for a clean, welcoming environment.
