Job summary

The Seagate Golf Club is seeking a friendly, polished Member Receptionist to greet members and guests, answer inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks and membership projects. • Must maintain a very high level of a positive and professional approach with associates, members, and guests.
• Engaging personality to form relationships with members.
• Hospitality-focused education or experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Cover the Front Desk at the Club on Saturdays and Sundays from 10–4, and on holidays.
• Provide professional phone and in-person etiquette with a 'never say no' attitude.
• Assist members with reservations (dining, events) and share information about member activities.
• Be available during weekdays to assist with membership projects, including potential full-time employment.
• Cover Front Desk during the week if staff absences occur.
• Collaborate with Membership TEAM to support member retention, sales and relationship building.
• Maintain the Membership digital database with up-to-date information.
• Support club communications as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to keep the club calendar current.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
