Job summary

Bluejack Ranch, a private residential club, seeks a friendly Member Experiences Coordinator to be the front line for member needs, coordinating daily inquiries with other departments and members alike.

In this hourly, non-exempt role, you will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, maintain member profiles in the Club Management Software, and help prepare regular reports while upholding Bluejack's appearance and service standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of administrative experience.
• Hospitality experience in hotels, resorts, or private clubs is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint in particular).
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls for the department.
• Write and distribute correspondence to Members.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Maintain filing system and update as needed.
• Add and maintain up-to-date profiles for members within the Club Management Software.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Act as the point of contact for members and guests.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes for members and visitors.
• Coordinate with executive and administrative assistants to handle requests from leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
