Job summary

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Guest Services Agent to support front desk operations and guest services from arrival to departure. You will handle registration, information provision, and coordination with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to input and retrieve data in hotel systems, and a commitment to confidentiality and safety. Prior front desk experience and Marriott familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience and guest services mindset preferred.
• Marriott brand experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrival and departure from hotel, while providing positive guest experiences.
• Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (e.g., special requests, amenity delivery).
• Provide information about the hotel and local area, and offering our full range of upscale hotel amenities and services.
• Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information.
• Document all guest requests, complaints or problems and notify designated departments for resolution.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, process guest accounts upon checkout accurately.
• Manage guest requests and inquiries promptly; follow up to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Generate, print and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours, room types, and promotions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

College degree preferred
