Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our Member Experience team. You will manage calls, reservations, and emails, ensuring warm greetings and seamless service for all club members and guests.

Responsibilities include promoting events, supporting communications across channels, outbound outreach to engaged or at-risk members, and upholding our high standards of hospitality. A one-year hospitality background is preferred and proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Service-oriented mindset with ability to make members feel valued.
• Friendly, professional phone demeanor and positive team spirit.
• Strong communication across channels (phone, email, social) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests.
• Greet calls with a friendly tone and deliver prompt assistance and thorough resolutions.
• Inform members about club services, amenities, events, and facilities.
• Assist with member communications, newsletters, and event announcements.
• Make outbound calls to engage new and at-risk members.
• Manage reservations for dining and club programs, ensuring accurate details.
• Document interactions in the M360 system to maintain records.
• Create/update events on the MemberFirst platform and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare personalized welcome materials and recognize members on special occasions.
• Maintain up-to-date member profiles and know dietary restrictions for restaurants.
• Keep lobby and work areas clean and stocked with supplies.
• Attend to extra duties as needed and follow company policies.
