BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Concierge to warmly greet members and guests at the front desk or entrance, providing information about the Club and local events. You will respond to requests, relay messages, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. Excellent teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ relative customer service experience.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome members and guests in an energetic and friendly fashion, according to Trilogy protocol.
• Screen members and guests for applicable building access.
• Provide guests and members with information regarding the Club and local events.
• Maintain daily standard operating procedures for the opening.
• Assist with administrative support: mail, email, phone calls, data entry, website updates, flyers.
