Job summary

PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking a Members Club Concierge to warmly welcome Members and their guests. You will be the first impression, assist with concierge requests, and coordinate reservations to ensure memorable visits.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, excellent communication, and strong customer service orientation. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, preferably guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on memorable experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Some college is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and acknowledge all arrivals, addressing Members by name.
• Provide efficient arrival/departure experiences and create memorable visits.
• Anticipate and address Member/guest needs; assist with concierge requests.
• Escort guests to meetings and manage reservations with relevant departments.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with teams to support goals.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby reflecting a professional atmosphere.
