Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive member engagement and deliver a superior experience for members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet and assist at the front desk, handle phone inquiries, schedule tours, and support sign-ups and cancellations while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

This role reports to the Club Manager and requires excellent communication, reliability, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
