Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to create a positive member experience and drive new member sign-ups at the front desk. You will greet guests, answer questions, conduct tours, and support daily club operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and problem solving, with duties spanning check-ins, tours, and account updates in a welcoming, clean environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
