Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness seeks a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests, drive new member sign-ups, and deliver a superior experience at the front desk and during tours. This role reports to the Club Manager and offers flexible, non-exempt scheduling.

You will handle phones, assist with memberships, maintain a clean club, and resolve issues with professionalism. Prioritizes honesty, communication, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
