Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first contact for members and guests. You will deliver exceptional service, handle membership inquiries and transactions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

The position requires on-site work, a positive attitude, ability to learn policies, and compliance with safety standards including CPR/AED and tanning-cert requirements where applicable. Join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite (no remote).
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning certification within company required timeframes.
• National Sex Offender Registry check is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership inquiries, sign-ups and payments.
• Answer phones and process new memberships and cancellations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the club floor and facilities.
