Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members, answer inquiries, and process memberships at the on-site front desk. You will promote memberships, assist with tours, and support billing questions in a friendly, professional environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining club cleanliness, answering phones, and ensuring a positive member experience. CPR/AED and tanning certifications are required within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership inquiries, changes, and payments.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and billing accurately.
• Answer phones and support front desk operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall club appearance throughout shift.
• Ensure safe, clean club environment and help with routines.
