Liberty Federal Credit Union in Evansville, IN is seeking a full-time Call Center Banking Representative to provide exceptional member service by phone and online. You will verify member information, handle routine banking tasks, and support digital banking services while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Occasional ITM assistance and cross-sell efforts are part of the role. Prior financial institution or call center experience is a plus; Saturdays are required on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone service to members.
• Provide account information (balances, deposits, transactions, statement info).
• Perform verification to prevent fraud and identity theft.
• Process withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check orders.
• Assist with ITM services as needed.
• Aim to meet cross-selling and department goals.
• Answer questions about ATM, debit, and credit cards; explain direct deposits.
• Assist with online banking and digital banking services.
