Liberty FCU in Columbia, TN seeks a full-time Member Service Representative/Teller to deliver friendly, accurate member service. You will handle deposits, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Initial training in Evansville, IN, with travel for training and potential cross-location work. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years cash handling experience and a HS diploma or GED, with flexible schedules including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and be willing to travel to other office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Member Service Representative (MSR).
• Meet member needs by maintaining knowledge of products and services.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, transfers and shared branching with accuracy.
• Identify potential fraud and take appropriate action.
• Balance cash drawer daily and support branch goals.
• Assist with night drop processing and balancing cash machines.
• Greet members and provide friendly, professional service; ensure confidentiality and security.
