Job summary

SECU is seeking an Associate Member Services Representative to learn branch operations and deliver exemplary member service by responding to inquiries in person or by phone, handling cash, and assisting with account origination and maintenance.

You will complete the Core Modules and training, learn to use CXone, and gradually gain knowledge of financial products while supporting across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and demonstrate SECU’s Core Values.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
• Complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner across service channels.
• Answer phones and assist members with service requests; process transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Operate drive‑through window and balance vaults, ATMs, and coin sorter as needed.
• Assist with opening basic accounts and learning about SECU products and services.
