Job summary

SECU seeks an entry-level Associate Member Services Officer in Raleigh to join our branch team. You will begin with foundational training in everyday branch operations, learn cash handling, account origination and maintenance, and provide excellent service to members in person and over the phone.

As you progress, you will start training in lending and collections, become proficient with CXone and SECU's systems, and support notary services and cross-department collaboration under supervision.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with foundational knowledge of branch operations.
• Preferred coursework or credentials in business or finance.
• This position requires completion of training modules and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service by phone and in person.
• Handle cash drawer, account origination and maintenance.
• Learn lending and collections processes at Associate MSO level.
• Open basic accounts under supervision and follow MIP procedures.
• Assist with wire transfers, notary services, and customer inquiries.
