Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an Associate Member Services Representative in Raleigh to provide exceptional service in person and by phone. The role offers foundational training in branch operations, including cash handling, account origination, and routine maintenance under supervision.

You will participate in new-employee training, learn MARGO/CXone platforms, and progress through core modules while upholding SECU policies and excellent member service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or CCUE/NC-CTP preferred.
• Demonstrates SECU core values and strong people skills.
• Must communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person and by phone in a courteous, timely manner.
• Handle teller transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance following standard procedures.
• Support security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill member requests.
