Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative in Raleigh, NC. You will learn branch operations, perform routine duties, and deliver exemplary member service in person, by phone, and digitally.

Responsibilities include cash handling, basic account origination, and collaboration with other departments. You will complete extensive training modules and maintain professional standards daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Ability to learn branch procedures and financial products quickly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to inquiries in person or by phone.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Open basic accounts under supervision and follow MIP procedures.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS as requested.
• Handle wire transfers and foreign currency orders.
