Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative in Raleigh, NC. You will perform routine branch duties, respond to member inquiries in person and by phone, and support cash box management, account origination, and maintenance under supervision.

Responsibilities include greeting members, balancing cash drawers, handling transactions, and learning SECU policies. Training modules and ongoing education are provided; regular attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred - Bachelor's degree, or CCUE Certification, or Associate of Arts/Science via NC-CTP.
• Ability to learn and follow branch procedures and SECU policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and via digital channels.
• Balance cash drawer and process routine transactions.
• Assist with account opening and maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Follow security, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
• Learn CXone and support MSS as requested.
• Participate in training modules and ongoing education.
