Job summary

SECU in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated MSS Associate Member Services Representative to deliver high-quality member service by phone and digital channels. You will handle account inquiries, deposits, card services, and support for digital platforms while upholding SECU's standards and privacy policies.

You'll participate in comprehensive onboarding, complete 10 core training modules, and develop proficiency in CXone, member education, and financial service referrals.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building trust.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine member service via phone and digital channels.
• Respond to inquiries about accounts, deposits, card services, and digital channels.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures (MISP).
• Achieve KPI targets and participate in ongoing training.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
