Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person; provide exemplary service.
• Process branch transactions and balance a cash drawer.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance; perform cash box management.
• Balance vault, ATMs, and cash dispensers; verify deposits and transfers.
• Balance through drive-through and in-person service channels; help organize documents.
