Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to gain foundational knowledge of branch operations and deliver exemplary member service. You will respond to inquiries in person and by phone, handle routine transactions, and learn essential procedures including cash handling and account maintenance.

You will progressively learn about SECU's financial products, CXone, and cross-department collaboration to assist members and support service goals.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or CCUE Certification.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member trust.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in person or by phone.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance.
• Follow branch procedures and security controls.
• Learn basic knowledge of Financial Advisory and Real Estate products and provide referrals.
