Qualifications

• Ability to educate members and promote financial services with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine member service via phone and digital channels.
• Respond to inquiries about accounts, deposits, cards, and digital tools.
• Participate in training and complete required modules after onboarding.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures.
• Meet performance indicators and support team coaching objectives.
• Assist in other operational areas as needed.
