Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry‑level Associate Member Services Officer to support branch operations and deliver exemplary member service in person and by phone. You will begin training in lending and collections while learning cash handling, account maintenance, and notary tasks under supervision.

Across channels, you will greet members professionally, document requests, and collaborate with other departments to fulfill needs. This role emphasizes growth, training, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or CCUE preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Handle cash drawer and perform account origination and maintenance.
• Process wire transfers and assist with foreign currency orders.
• Learn lending and collections fundamentals and cross-sell SECU products.
• Assist other departments to facilitate member requests and referrals.
