Job summary

You will begin training in lending and collections while learning CXone and SECU procedures, balancing cash, assisting with notary services, wire transfers, and basic account maintenance under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic branch tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Perform routine branch duties including cash box management and account origination.
• Learn lending and collections processes with supervision.
• Assist with notary services, wire transfers, and currency exchange.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain confidentiality of member information.
