Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Officer (MSO) to support daily branch operations and provide exemplary member service. You will handle inquiries in person and by phone, manage basic account tasks, and begin training in lending, collections, and notary services under supervision.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, adherence to policies, and teamwork as you learn cash handling, wire transfers, and consumer product basics, with regular attendance and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role to learn branch operations and procedures.
• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Begin training in lending and collections at this level.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS as requested.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner.
• Process foreign and domestic wire transfers and currency orders.
• Aid in opening basic accounts and performing routine maintenance.
