State Employees' Credit Union seeks an entry-level Associate Member Services Officer to perform routine branch duties and provide exemplary member service in person and by phone. You will begin training in lending, collections, and notary services while supporting daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred – Bachelor’s degree, or CCUE Certification, or Associate of Arts/Science via NC-CTP.

• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner through in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Handle cash drawer following standard procedures and perform cash-related tasks.
• Process foreign and domestic wire transfers and assist with currency orders.
• Learn Notary Public services and execute them as requested by management.
• Assist with opening basic accounts under supervision and learn MIP procedures.
