Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to join our branch team. This role focuses on delivering exemplary member service, handling routine transactions, and supporting daily branch operations under supervision.

You will respond to member inquiries in person and by phone, participate in cash handling, and begin learning about financial products and services offered by SECU. Training and development are provided to grow within the credit union.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Willingness to learn branch operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person with professionalism.
• Process routine transactions and balance cash drawer according to standards.
• Assist with opening basic accounts under supervision.
• Balance vaults, ATMs, and cash devices as directed.
• Help with wire transfers and currency exchanges.
• Maintain records and scan documents daily.
