Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend New Employee Training (E&E) and complete Core Modules.
• Greet and assist members via in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Balance a cash drawer and process transactions per procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and security.
• Support cross-department requests and document daily.
