Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; NC-CTP preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance cash drawer and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person with courtesy.
• Process transactions in the appropriate system and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with drive-through window operations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Assist with wire transfers and currency exchange tasks.
• Organize and file documents daily.
• Learn Financial Advisory and Real Estate products and provide referrals.
