Job summary

SECU seeks an Associate Member Services Representative to learn foundational branch operations and deliver exemplary member service by responding to inquiries in person and by phone. You will perform routine duties, process transactions, and help balance cash drawers under supervision.

This entry-level role introduces familiarization with cash handling, account maintenance, and basic financial products while you receive training and opportunities for growth within SECU.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• SECU core values must be demonstrated.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries in person and by phone.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer.
• Operate drive-through window as needed and balance vaults/ATMs.
• Assist with wire transfers and currency orders.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate member requests.
