Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person and over the phone with professional service.
• Perform routine branch duties including cash handling and account maintenance.
• Support Notary Public services as requested.
• Learn CXone and assist team with member requests across channels.
• Process basic wire transfers and foreign currency transactions.
• Attend new-employee training and complete required modules.
