Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must demonstrate SECU’s Core Values.
• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Must complete the Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Attend Excel and Elevate training; complete core modules after E&E.
• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner across channels.
• Answer phones and assist members with service requests.
• Process foreign and domestic wire transfers and related tasks.
• Open basic accounts following MIP procedures for existing members.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security measures in daily operations.
