Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or CCUE preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to handle confidential data.
• Familiarity with cash handling and basic banking operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person and by phone with courtesy and timeliness.
• Handle cash drawer, perform basic account origination and maintenance tasks.
• Respond to member inquiries and follow branch procedures and policies.
• Begin training in lending and collections; participate in compliance programs.
• Learn CXone and SECU systems to support service channels.
• Assist with document organization, security procedures, and daily tasks.
