JEM Wellness Brands in Wisconsin seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily club operations, drive member satisfaction, and achieve revenue goals. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, and uphold Crunch Fitness standards in a fast-paced gym environment.

The role requires strong leadership, staffing optimization, and a passion for fitness with CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. This is a day-shift, on-site opportunity with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: recruit, hire, train, and develop staff to proper staffing levels; monitor KPI performance; lead by example; provide coaching and regular staff meetings.
• Operational Support: assist in scheduling, labor management, and payroll; ensure compliance with Crunch policies and service standards; oversee facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
• Sales & Member Engagement: drive lead generation and outreach for new member sales; support new member acquisition and integration; resolve member service issues with empathy.
• Financial & Administrative: assist in managing expenses, purchasing, and budget adherence; implement recovery plans when financial goals are not met.
