Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will deliver friendly, professional service, assist with memberships and billing, and support a clean, welcoming club environment.

You will greet visitors, explain memberships and upgrades, conduct tours and sign-ups, process payments, and help maintain the facility. A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to follow policies are essential in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• E-Verify participation for Utah locations.
• Read and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with memberships, billing questions and account inquiries.
• Provide information about memberships and upgrades; conduct tours and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the club and assist with front desk duties.
