Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering friendly, professional service at the front desk.

You will handle membership inquiries, process sign-ups and payments, provide tours, and upsell available upgrades while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment that reflects our Judgement Free Zone culture.

Qualifications

• Greet members and guests professionally and courteously.
• Assist with account inquiries, billing questions, and sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately in the POS system.
• Provide club tours, explain membership options and upgrades (e.g., Black Card).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and club areas.
