Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet customers, handle front desk duties, assist with sign-ups and tours, update member accounts, and keep the club clean and welcoming throughout your shift. A friendly, reliable attitude is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to continuously stand and walk during shift.
• Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to occasionally encounter cleaning chemicals during shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones and assisting callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and process new member sign-ups.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions or concerns.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club and assist staff as needed.
